I had a 胃カメラ today.
That was 健康診断.

I have had a bit sore throat since I had it.

I had some sandwiches slowly.
So still a bit hungry.

it's got much better though.

I had severe coughing a couple of weeks ago.

Very few coughs last night.

画像検索（グーグル）しても、Youtubeのような画像は出て来ませんでした。
ヤフーでは、一つありました。

それから、グーグルでaskew、tips upを検索するとちょっと面白いものが見れました。

「まったく、グーグルってやつは」という感じ。

The Waterman bottle in question comes up at 5.50.

Doesn't say askew.

'tip' is used for 傾ける here.

'Stand askew' would be a house just before falling.

I didn't see anything interesting under 'tips up' though.

I searched for “tips up” again in google.
There was nothing happen.

Maybe my head was askew. haha.
But searching for “askew” in google.
The google page was askew.
That was true.
